FAQ's

Shipping

- Do you ship to my country?
We ship to more than 50 countries.  If you don't see your country on the dropdown list at checkout, send us an email.

- How soon will I get my order?  What carriers do you use?

We use USPS, UPS, and your national carrier.  Orders are shipped out within 1-2 days, with 2-5 business day domestic transit times, and 1-4 week international transit times.

- Can I expedite my order?

While we do not have expedited shipping listed on our website (because it's mega pricey), if you want us to upgrade your shipping, shoot us a message on Discord or send us an email before you place your order with the ship-to zip code/postal code, state/province, and country.  We'll work with you to find the most agreeable rates/carriers for your destination.

- Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, via email.

- Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Changing My Order:

- Can I change or add to my order once it has already been placed?

You will have to place an additional order for any other items needed.  Send us an email or a discord message with both order numbers.  We'll consolidate shipping and refund the difference if the orders are placed within 24 hours of each other.

FAQ about our Products:

- What does hand-packed mean?

We don't use a third-party drop-shipping service.  All of the items in our shop are original products, designed by community artists, and packed by us in our home.  We put a lot of effort into making sure our items are wrapped with love before making it's way to you.  That being said, hand-stabby stabby on pins means that our aim isn't perfect, 100% of the time.  We won't send a bent backing card out, but the location of the pin may vary from card to card.
